A painter and a ceramicist, Kari is an adjunct professor at Bethel University and an instructor at the South Bend Museum of Art. She is president of Northern Indiana Artists and serves on the board of directors for the South Bend Museum of Art and the Friends of the Snite Museum of Art, Notre Dame University. Kari has a BS from Ball State, a BFA from Indiana University South Bend and is completing her MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
